Departmental Management

The Division is responsible for the Coordination of both material and financial resources allocated to and gives guidance on the implementation of policies.

This department also provides administration services such as Human Resource Management, Accounts, Records Management, Procurement of supplies and maintenance of material resources.

Our achievements have been on the payment of supplies within the prescribed time and the Management of financial resources, especially on the recurrent budget.

The challenges that we face are on the maximization of cost recovery and savings through collection of revenue and also the reduction in the vacancy rate which is mostly caused by high staff turnover.

Our future plans will address the challenges that we as a department and source ways of reducing the problems.
